We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (IT) to lead the full project delivery lifecycle for our internal IT systems and solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing software development, implementation, integration, and post-go-live support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and implementation of software projects, managing scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with Milaha’s quality standards and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, providing updates to management.
• Oversee vendor relationships and procurement of resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in software delivery, with expertise in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• ERP implementation experience for large enterprises.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and SQL.
• Strong leadership, change management, and communication skills.
