To lead monitoring and evaluation efforts, ensuring the improvement of institutional performance. This role involves supervising the management, follow-up, and implementation of tasks within the Performance Monitoring Office, supporting program and project owners, and ensuring the achievement of program, project, and strategic objectives.
■Contribute to the formulation and implementation of strategies for the Performance Monitoring Office, aligning with the mission and strategic objectives, and ensure continuous improvement.
■ Conduct periodic analyses of project and program performance to identify strengths, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring enhancement or modification.
■ Develop and update methodologies and manuals for program and project management, ensuring their periodic evaluation and improvement based on results and compliance reports.
■ Track and monitor the implementation of improvement plans, ensuring goals are achieved within approved timelines, and take corrective actions when necessary.
■ Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation programs to measure the performance of programs and projects, assess the impact of improvement actions, and provide data-driven recommendations.
■ Prepare periodic reports summarizing monitoring and evaluation results, providing analysis and recommendations to senior management.
■ Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in performance management, adopting innovative technologies to improve office efficiency and effectiveness.
■ Coordinate closely with other departments to integrate performance monitoring efforts with company objectives and ensure harmony among initiatives.
■ Contribute to prioritizing projects and budgets, providing recommendations for addressing challenges, and raising critical issues to the CEO, when needed.
■ Ensure effective collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to foster innovation and knowledge sharing.
■ Supervise the employees of the Performance Monitoring Office, providing support and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
■ Oversee specialized projects, ensuring they are implemented according to project management procedures, and track changes as needed.
■ Work closely with the strategy, planning, and innovation teams to ensure alignment and coherence, contributing to high-quality outputs.
■ Ensure the quality of project documentation (e.g., project status, charter, plan, schedule, change requests, closure reports) and staff performance.
■ Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in the workplace.
■ Ensure adherence to the policies and procedures within the Performance Monitoring Office.
■ Ensure compliance with internal audit recommendations and risk management.
■ Prepare, review, and approve reports related to the Performance Monitoring Office (e.g., achievements, budget, administrative and financial matters), submitting them for approval.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Project Management or equivalent is required.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent is preferred.
Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar (preferred).
Minimum Experience:
At least 10 to 12 years of experience, including 5 years in a leadership role in similar work.
