We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk staff, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a professional and organized front desk area.
Job Responsibility
:1. Supervise and train front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service
.2. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as room assignments
.3. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
.4. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area at all times
.5. Schedule front desk staff shifts and delegate tasks as needed
.6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
.7. Assist in resolving any operational issues that may arise
