This role is accountable for Managing Enterprise Customer delivery process of Large ICT projects. The role will have end-to-end responsibility of Enterprise Customers’ solutions delivery and their associated Timelines, Milestones, KPIs, and SLAs. This role will act as the SPOC between Enterprise Customers and the various VF teams during the “Build” phase (from contract signature to customer acceptance).
