Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Creative & Visual Design Consultant with a passion for visual storytelling and expertise in creating innovative design solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the development of high-impact visual content and guide creative processes to enhance brand engagement. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling content across various digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and conceptualization of creative projects, ensuring consistency with brand identity and strategy.
- Develop visually compelling content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and print materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visual solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality visual assets on time, aligning with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering creativity and ensuring the overall quality of design output.
- Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to ensure innovative approaches in creative projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an agency environment or with high-profile brands.
- Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and web design is a plus.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Proven experience in branding, visual storytelling, and creating engaging digital and print content.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
