YOUR TASKS:
- Ensure the administration of the monthly payroll in a timely and efficient manner within the deadline, maintaining accuracy throughout the payroll process.
- Properly document any changes in employee remuneration or position, ensuring these records are maintained for review by external auditors.
- Handle all queries pertaining to payroll.
- Assist the recruitment team in posting job vacancies and screening resumes and portfolios.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted applicants.
- Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
- Utilize selection methodologies that enable DHL to test candidates' abilities and fit, such as structured interviews, assessment centers, behavioral-based questions, and psychometric tools.
- Ensuring timely feedback on the status of applications to prospective candidates and employees.
- Support the HR team in developing, coordinating, and rolling out all employee engagement activities.
- Complete ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as requested.
- Support the rollout of employee engagement events.
- Manage CSR, Health and Wellbeing activities.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- 3-4 years previous experience as a Human Resources Generalist in a professional services environment
- 1-2 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Working knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices
- Basic understanding of the country's labor laws and employee benefits in general.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and gain the confidence of others.
- Results-driven, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
