Job Description:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters learning and development.
• Assess and track student progress through various formative and summative assessments.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills in students.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to design effective teaching strategies and share best practices.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any areas of concern.
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage behavior according to school policies.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.

Teaching certification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).

Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or multicultural school.

Excellent classroom management skills with a focus on student well-being and learning.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using educational technology to enhance teaching and learning.

Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

Passion for fostering a love of learning in children and helping them reach their full potential.
