Job Description:

Leads the AI project by setting the vision, managing the team, and aligning AI development with business goals. Responsible for stakeholder communication and ensuring the delivery of a user-centered AI product.

Technical Qualifications:

• Full Stack Development:
• Comprehensive experience in both front-end and back-end development with a focus on integrating AI functionalities.
• Can hold full technical accountability on the full cycle of developing an AI solution (data engineering, data science, ML/Ops, LLM fine tuning, etc.)
• Cloud Architecture:
• Expertise in designing and implementing cloud architectures using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of cloud services relevant to AI, primary Azure AI services and others such as AWS SageMaker or Google AI Platform.
• Experience in Azure Data Services such as ADF, Azure Synapse/Fabric, Azure Data Sharing, Azure AI studio, etc.

• AI Integration:
• Ability to architect scalable AI solutions across the full technology stack.
• Experience in AI models training, testing, and optimization
• Experience in data engineering and data pipelines
• Experience in optimizing and fine tuning LLMs
• Experience in building RAGs with LLMs
• Experience in MLOps

Leadership:

• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing AI projects from conception to deployment.

Programming Languages:

• Full Stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar
• Cloud Scripting: Python, Bash
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in data engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence
• Relevant certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
