As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo Product Team in Doha as a Cargo Network Planning Analyst.

In this role you will coordinate operational requirements of setting up charter flights, along with leasing (wet lease in / out) operations in coordination with relevant departments. You will assist in commercial performance of the freighters by offering charters to increase utilization and improve profitability of charters and leasing opportunities.
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:
- Monitor, prepare and keep track of BH utilization along with journey logs on daily basis for all Leasing programs and coordinate with IOC for accurate updates in TOPS.
- Assist in research and maintenance of available options of leasing operators, aircraft capabilities, contracts when finalized, and coordinate with finance for leasing fee payments as per agreed contract terms.
- Prepare BH reconciliation, coordinate with finance and service provider for account settlement on a monthly basis.
- Keep track of and prepare fuel reconciliation when a leased aircraft is delivered for operation and upon end of lease program to enable accurate settlement of invoices (leasing contractual fee, overflight, ground handling in DOH, transport invoice, crew hotac invoice, fuel invoice, crew per diem invoice, urgent approvals and any other payment which is related to Charter I leasing operation) in coordination with accounts payable team and Leasing operator.
- Maintain and provide detailed performance reports of all Charter I Leasing programs on weekly/monthly basis to support important decisions.
- Log in inquiry details in Croamis and present an optimal offer in line with market situation to charter customers by ensuring that all types of costs are considered for revenue maximization.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a professional who possesses the following skills and experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
- Aviation industry work experience.
- Working proficiency in MS Excel, presentations and reporting.
- Experience in Data analytics and creating dashboards using PowerBi or Tableau.
- Good written and communication skill with ability to lead presentations to customers and suppliers.
- Commercial awareness and ability to deal with external customers.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong knowledge of aircrafts with their capacities and limitations along with ULDs that can be used on a particular aircraft to achieve maximum loads is an added advantage..
