PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

As the Sales Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of our retail and B2B sales activities, ensuring seamless management of sales processes, POS systems, and ERP integrations. This position requires a strategic approach to building relationships in both the hobby and retail sectors, while overseeing supply chain management and providing excellent customer experiences. You will act as a pivotal link between the store operations and the broader business needs, ensuring our products are distributed effectively and sales targets are met.


ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Retail and B2B Sales Operations: Supervise day-to-day operations at the store, ensuring sales targets are met through both retail channels and B2B partnerships.
  • POS & ERP System Management: Oversee and manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring transactions and inventory are tracked accurately. Leverage the Odoo ERP system to optimize sales processes, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
  • Supply Chain and Sales Operations: Coordinate with supply chain partners, ensuring smooth product procurement, stock management, and distribution.
  • Quotation and Invoicing: Prepare accurate quotations for B2B customers and handle the full invoicing cycle, ensuring all transactions are recorded and followed up.
  • Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership for the sales team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing support to achieve business goals.
  • Sales Reporting and Analytics: Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing trends and offering insights to management for optimizing sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with retail customers and B2B partners, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Market Development: Identify and explore opportunities for expanding the company's reach in the hobby and retail trading card sectors.

Skills

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Experience in a supervisory sales role, with proven success in B2B sales.
  • ERP Knowledge: Proficiency in Odoo ERP System is mandatory, particularly for managing sales modules, inventory, and invoicing.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems and sales tracking software is essential.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience or passion for the trading cards industry, with knowledge of leading brands such as Panini, Topps, Pokémon, Star Wars, Magic, or related collectible sectors, is an advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Arabic is a plus.
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
