Job Responsibilities
* Collaborate with sales teams to create and execute campaigns that drive traffic and generate leads.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
* Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals.
* Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in marketing activities.
* Ensure that all marketing content is consistent with the brand and resonates with the target audience.
* Identify opportunities for improving marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
* Implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
* Manage the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including the website, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
* Monitor and track marketing budgets, expenses, and ROI, ensuring adherence to allocated resources.
* Monitor the marketing budget to ensure all activities are cost-effective.
* Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, print advertising, and events.
* Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
* Prepare regular marketing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and recommendations
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build networks and promote the brand.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
* Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
* Train and mentor junior marketing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
* Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
* Analyse marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
