Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Oasis Cars Company in Doha, Qatar. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer support, and delivering a professional and courteous service to clients. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in a customer service role

  • Knowledge of automotive industry practices and terminology
