They include Human Resources, Learning and Development, Finance, IT, Client and Market and Risk Management. CSS provide direct assistance to other departments within KPMG to increase productivity and enhance customer experiences. While CSS teams might not directly interact with the company customers or stakeholders, they support the teams that do interact with these external constituents and help them to be more performant. <strong>Role Overview</strong> The Public Relation Officer/Mandoob will be responsible for managing and building relationships with stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination between different departments, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and representing the company Infront of the Immigration and other Government authorities. <strong>Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:</strong> •    Manage and oversee governmental procedures and regulatory compliance requirements. •    Handle all visa, immigration, and labor-related matters for the company's employees. •    Prepare and submit necessary documentation to government authorities for various business-related requirements. •    Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. •    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Qatar's labor laws, immigration policies, and other relevant regulations. •    Support timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and registrations. •    Handle the renewal of company vehicles, ensuring all vehicles comply with local regulations and standards. •    Assist in the preparation of legal documents and contracts for immigration purpose as needed. •    Provide support in handling employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws. •    Support staff in completing necessary processes to obtain work permits such as medical tests, finger prints etc. •    Support Staff in managing visas such as family visas etc. <strong>Qualification and Experience</strong> •    High secondary school and above. •    Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PRO role in Qatar. •    Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & Outlook). •    This is a full-time on-site role. •    Good knowledge about company formation / company license / Ministry of interior / Visa processing / Ministry of labor. •    Good communication and interpersonal skills. •    Strong organizational and time management abilities. •    Proficiency in Arabic and English languages. •    Familiarity with government regulations and procedures. •    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. •    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. •    Transferable visa with NOC is a must. •    Valid Qatari Driving license.
