Position Overview: The 3D Designer will be responsible for modeling and rendering high-quality, photo-realistic 3D visuals that effectively capture the essence of various projects. This role involves close collaboration with a team of 3D designers and the Creative Director to ensure creative consistency and the highest standards in design output. The 3D Designer will contribute to the entire design process, from conceptualization to final render, playing a critical role in bringing creative visions to life.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Model and render detailed 3D visuals that communicate the desired atmosphere, engaging and resonating with the target audience while aligning with client and project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with other 3D designers and the Creative Director, actively participating in brainstorming and design refinement sessions.
- Develop and maintain a library of 3D assets, including venues, stages, and other key elements.
- Create initial sketches and concepts based on creative briefs, working under the guidance of the Creative Director.
- Continuously enhance the quality and aesthetic of renders to support and elevate the creative vision.
- Communicate project updates, adjustments, or challenges to the Creative Director and team promptly.
- Deliver accurate 3D plans and models to scale, including detailed measurements and specifications.
- Actively engage in team meetings, sharing ideas, feedback, and suggestions to improve project outcomes.
- Follow established design processes and quality standards to ensure consistent and professional outputs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, contributing to a dynamic and inclusive team culture.
Qualifications And Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in 3D design, with a strong focus on modeling and rendering.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in interior design, architecture, 3D Design or a related field.
- Highly creative with a proactive attitude and the ability to generate innovative design solutions.
Skills
- Proficiency in 3D rendering and modeling software such as 3DS Max, Blender, Sketchup, Vray, Lumion, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite.
- Expert-level skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering techniques, demonstrating a high degree of artistic creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong team-oriented approach, capable of working effectively under tight deadlines.
