HR Associate, Leadership & People Strategy


Job Purpose:

We are working with a leading investment management company in Qatar, who are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join their Human Capital team as an HR Associate, in Leadership & People Strategy. In this role, you will support the development and execution of leadership, people, and culture strategies to cultivate a high-performance, accountability and an engaged workforce. Your contributions will help create a culture of continuous improvement and drive key leadership initiatives.


Key Accountability's:

The role will involve conducting independent research into leadership, culture, and organisational development trends, facilitating focus groups, preparing surveys, and providing critical insights to shape our people and culture strategy. You will collaborate with advisors, internal departments, third parties, and stakeholders to execute key initiatives, while also developing and refining policies and procedures in leadership, people, and culture to ensure compliance with both internal standards and legislative requirements. In this role, you will support the design and development of leadership programs that align with organisational strategy and priorities, analysing trends, best practices, and internal data to identify gaps and opportunities in leadership and people strategies. Additionally, you will plan, organise, and deliver focus groups, workshops, and surveys to inform leadership and people initiatives. Maintaining accurate HR data records within our systems, managing vendor and partner relationships, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and practices will also be key responsibilities, with a focus on adopting international best practices to enhance organisational efficiency and productivity.


Desired Skills and Experience


* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.

* MBA designation is preferable.

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Capital, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Leadership Development.
