Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Maintenance Cum IT Support Officer to join our team in Doha. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and IT security services, along with software installation, network configuration, customer support, documentation, and problem solving.
Qualifications And Skills
- Technical Troubleshooting (Mandatory skill): Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Hardware Maintenance (Mandatory skill): Ability to maintain, repair, and upgrade hardware components to ensure smooth operations.
- IT Security (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in implementing and monitoring IT security measures to protect the organization's systems and data.
- Software Installation: Skilled in installing, configuring, and updating software applications across various platforms.
- Network Configuration: Knowledge of setting up, managing, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks.
- Customer Support: Excellent communication skills to provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
- Documentation: Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
