About the Role:

Are you a seasoned IT professional with strong experience in infrastructure management and support? We are seeking a Manager – Infrastructure / Support to join our dynamic team within the Corporate Services Division at the Regulatory Authority (RA). In this role, you will lead a team of IT specialists to maintain and enhance a world-class IT environment. You will play a pivotal role in managing IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, and supporting essential business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the IT infrastructure/support team.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance for key business/IT initiatives.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including data security and network integrity.
• Capacity planning, incident response, and system remediation.
• Support levels 2 and 3 IT services for problem resolution.
• Coordinate with outsourced vendors and manage third-party support.
• Establish and maintain Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
• Ensure seamless integration of systems and services within the RA’s ecosystem, including Windows servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and cloud services.

Language Preference:

Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, network management, and project management.
• Expertise in managing cross-divisional projects and outsourced IT services.
• Proficiency in Linux systems, Kubernetes/Docker, and Azure/Google Cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in business IT solutions and service delivery.
• Ability to coach and develop employees while supporting nationalization strategies.
