Call Center Agent

Job Role:

  • Act as a front-line agent for customers.
  • Manager customer's queries related to their accounts.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Make sure to meet monthly KPI's.
  • Adhere to working hours and drafted schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be fluent in English along with native language (Tagalog / Nepali)
  • Candidate must have minimum of 1 year experience working as a call center agent.
  • Candidate must be below 35 years of age.
  • Candidate must be available to join immediately.

Requirements while applying for this position::

  • Candidates must provide email address of Human Resources of last 2 companies with a minimum coverage of 3 years employment.
  • Candidates must attach education certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Qatar.
  • Candidates must attach service / employment certificates of last 2 companies with a minimum coverage of 3 years.
