Job Overview:

As a Sales Manager at Dhofar Global, you will be responsible for driving the sales team toward achieving revenue and growth targets. Your role will include developing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring a consistent and professional approach to new business development. You will be instrumental in scaling our business and ensuring the continued success of our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and market share targets within the hygiene and cleaning solutions sector.
  2. Lead and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve or exceed their individual and team sales goals.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  4. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present data-driven insights to upper management for informed decision-making.
  5. Manage key client relationships, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to align sales efforts with business strategies.
  7. Oversee contract negotiations and closing of deals with clients and business partners.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to keep the company ahead of market changes.
  9. Track and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure timely execution of deals and achievement of company objectives.
  10. Conduct regular training and development initiatives to ensure the sales team remains equipped with the latest market knowledge and sales techniques.


Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a related industry (preferably hygiene or FMCG).
  2. Strong leadership skills with a focus on driving team performance and accountability.
  3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Ability to develop strategic sales plans that align with corporate goals.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  6. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
