JOB PURPOSE:

This role acts as a single point of contact for Facilities management across HIA campus for operational queries. The role is responsible to effectively manage all works related to facilities maintenance and support all stakeholders by providing efficient information regarding the operations

ACCOUNTABILITIE

  Liaise with FM contractors to ensure timely completion and resumption of operation within defined timelines with minimal operational impa
• ct.Manage incident and emergency management on behalf of MATAR FM Management team, including data collection and decision making to guarantee the best possible result by minimizing interruptions for other stakeholde
• rs.Ensure collaboration and coordination with operations/security/safety/IT and other stakeholders to deliver asset availability for smooth operations as well as to ensure minimal operational impa
• ct.Manage and address last minute operational requests by stakeholders and update management about critical on-going tas
• ks.Coordinate, collaborate and decide as and when needed to support all stakeholders during planned, unplanned emergency situation and/or including event manageme
• nt.Responsible for supporting FM contractors to obtain emergency permit approv
• al.Organize, manage and conduct QHSE audits as per required standar
