Customer Reception Specialist (Temporary Contract)

JOB Duties And Responsibilities

Welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions.

Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.

Guiding customers for a specific service agent.

Assisting the service agents for admin task.

Answering calls for general branch inquiry

Keep detailed and accurate records of customers’ requests and of calls received.

Requirements And Qualifications

Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Perform well in high pressure environment.

Proficiency in using MS Office.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Not more than 35 years old.

Locally available in Qatar.
