Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the maintenance or services industry.
- Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Experience with implementing and optimizing technology-based solutions for operational efficiency.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Familiarity with inventory management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
Technology Skills:
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and smart scheduling tools.
- Experience with maintenance management platforms or similar digital tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the maintenance industry, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair services.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in maintenance and service operations.
