Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Agent located in Doha, Qatar. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will actively prospect for new clients, generate leads, and follow up with potential customers. You will provide expertise to help clients protect their assets and build their financial portfolios. You will also build and maintain relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prospect and build relationships with potential clients.
- Demonstrated sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
