We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Head Chef at our vibrant establishment. As a Head Chef, you'll play a crucial role in our team, overseeing the entire kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence to create an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities and duties

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

• Ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene are maintained at all times

• Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations in Qatar

• Develop new recipes that meet quality standards

• Collaborate with management and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations

• Monitor inventory levels and manage budget for kitchen supplies and ingredients

• Source and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality ingredients.

Qualifications

• Specialized in Fried Chicken

• Preferably Southeast Asians that have experience in Korean cuisines, or are interested in exploring Korean cuisines

• Proven working experience in a restaurant or cafe

• Food Handling Certificate

• A genuine love for Korean cuisine and culture

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Compensations

• Salary Range: QAR 5,000 - QAR 6,000 per month

• Commission based on monthly earnings
