Experience Required:
- Plan, organize, direct, and control all activities related to the Quality & Safety Management System as required by DI guidelines and ensure compliance with all Quality, Health, and Safety Environment legislation.
- Liaise with Quality Management and Standard bodies (i.e., Third Party Inspection / Certification Agencies, HSE etc.)
- Develop, implement, and improve QHSE management systems, processes, and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.
- Ensure implementation of (improvement) measures.
- Manage stakeholders (internal & external) related to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
- Plan and ensure the effectiveness of internal and external Quality audits.
- Evaluate, analyze quality issues, and implement systems to identify, track, report and reduce or eliminate non-conformities.
- Actively participate at all levels, from strategy to implementation as well as actively influence and motivate a variety of people to ensure commitment to the overall QHSE systems.
- Handle Customer Complaints and escalation related to Quality and EHS topics.
- Communicate with Management and Staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers where necessary on issues of Quality and Quality Management System.
- Ensures the implementation of quality improvement methods and improves process performance management (e.g., 8D, RCA, FMEA)
- Conduct Hazard, Risk Assessment and Aspect & Impact assessment to implement operational controls.
- Participate in various meetings, trainings, and updating documents and records for all aspects of the Quality & Safety Management Systems.
- Report and Monitor HSE and Quality KPIs.
- Responsible for developing, controlling and implementation of quality plan & procedures (including quality assurance measures such as review/ test / validation) for the project derived from existing QM System agreed upon with the own organization, customer, partners and suppliers
- Contributes to project planning to ensure that project specific, quality relevant requirements are considered starting with proposal phase.
- Advises and/or conducts quality related methodology/tools (esp. risk management, identify and conduct relevant lessons learned, Quality Gates, NC management, root cause analysis etc.)
- Ensures the implementation and improvement of project quality reporting as integrated part of project reporting
- Ensures professional non-conformance (NC) management including Root Cause Analysis and 8D method handling
- Support Project Management in planning and securing milestone results
- Define quality targets, based project critical factors and define methods/tools based on standards
- Intervention and escalation to reporting line in functional matters where guidelines, quality-relevant procedures or targets are not compiled with. This includes involvement of expert opinions as necessary
- Identify qualification requirements and initiate trainings for project employees with regards to knowledge of quality methods to be applied, process awareness and expert knowledge.
- Plan, initiate and coordinate continuous improvement actions for all phases of the project.
- Ensure good practice sharing and feedback of experience. e.g., through continuous improvement workshops (esp. Lessons learned) and project assessments
