YOUR IMPACT IN THIS ROLE:

Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth for the hotel residences, identifying market opportunities and targeting potential buyers to increase revenue.

Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and engaging with them to understand their needs and preferences, which enhances client satisfaction and loyalty.

Negotiate and Close Deals: Skillfully negotiate and close sales deals, leveraging a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market.

Analyze Market Trends: Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies and practices to stay competitive and responsive to the dynamic real estate market.

  • Proficiency in Arabic is required
