• Additional Skills : Candidate should have at least 7 years of experience as Business analyst in IT system development.
• should have good analytical and process skills, Well versed in Agile/Scrum methodology. Should be able to Analyze, prepare, draft and review the requirements. Liaison with business users /Product owners to study the existing process and analyze the requirements ands propose improvements.
• Should have experience in on boarding development team on the requirements to implement the functionality without any gap.
