Summary
This position is responsible for all data management in the service operations, this includes all reporting, data analysis for purposes of marketing, product innovation, dealer network studies, system upgrades and any other. The role will also be responsible for all administration of the entire service operations function, this will include all consumable and ordering, branch IT system request management, staff administration and all other general administration.
Responsibilities
- Strategic management of all reporting as required by service operations, including daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
- Strategic system automation and maintenance of all reporting, incentive system & monthly data processing.
- Process and system analysis to establish improvements in process and system operations for all front-line staff and branch operations.
- Build data processing models that will enable daily forecasting, monthly performance reviews and gap analysis based on all business requirements.
- Build data models that will be based on UIO information, create modeling systems for budget, 3 year planning and any ad-hoc operational planning requirements for all services including body shop and other service locations.
- Create detailed data analysis systems that will improve daily operations of all locations based on NPS, VOC, customer feedback, operational KPI's and set up action plans with location managers for continuous improvement.
- Manage a team of administrators that will be responsible for all admin functions of all branches and locations for the service operations.
- Create systems and processes for administration request collections, management, reporting and provide ongoing feedback through digital applications.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience
- The potential candidate must have previously worked within MIS, Data Analysis, Systems management
