Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain relationships with  Trade , Corporate and Government clients.

  • Manage sales processes and meet sales targets.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to Trade and Industry partners,

  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional and develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

Requirements



  • Languages Arabic / English

  • Qatar D/L

  • Proven experience in airline sales or a related field minimum 2 -3 years in GCC.

  • Strong understanding of the airline industry and sales processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Direct reporting to  Gulf air Country manager, under the GSA

  • Strong understanding of the airline industry, including ticketing, reservations, and operational processes.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Sabre Turbo).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.


 


Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.

  • Certification in airline sales or travel industry (e.g., IATA certification).
