Summary:

The MEP Technician/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings and facilities. They ensure that all MEP systems are functioning properly and efficiently to meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect and maintain MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with MEP systems and perform necessary repairs.
3. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for the installation and repair of MEP systems.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for all MEP systems.
5. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for MEP systems.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in MEP systems installation and maintenance.
2. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• MEP, HVAC- Chilled water systems and Facilities Management experience is mandatory.

• 5+ years of experience working in the same field.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

• Locally available in Qatar.
