Senior Manager of the policies and governance oversight ensuring full, implementation of best standards in bank DOA’s. processes, policies and procedures
Key Accountabilities
- Track Departmental Policies and manage the approval process. Including controls oversight
- Perform gap analysis based in process analysis and propose changes.
- Track Business Units Delegations of Authority (DOAs) and manage the approval process.
- Ensure the Bank’s Board DOA is fully aligned with the business units DOAs.
Other Accountabilities
- Oversight of main processes and procedures
- Support internal and external regulatory and internal and external audit inspections.
- Ensure the Bank’s Digital Library is up to date regarding business units and DOA’s Policies and procedures.
Coordinate the dissemination of relevant policies and procedures
