Leading Automotive Dealer & Distributor, Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana company, in Qatar with its rapid business growth, immediately requires an additional Automotive Sales Trainer with added experience in Soft & behavioral skills development.
Job Description:
- Design and Deliver instructor led classroom and On-The-Job training to develop knowledge of Automotive product features, benefits, and skills in the sales process.
- Enhance performance of Sales Consultants with the required Soft Skills & Behavioral skills.
- Determines training needs by close association and monitoring performance of sales personnel; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports etc.
- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching: conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
- Ensure Sales Operational standards are well understood and adhered by all those who are engaged in the Automotive sales. functions. Accomplishes sales training and organization mission and key performance indicators (KPI) by completing related activities as needed.
- Prepares annual sales Training plan in coordination with the training manager.
Skills
- A suitable bachelor's diploma/degree in automotive or in similar discipline or equivalent.
- Relevant certification in Soft & Behavioral skills training.
- High level of Proficiency in English language.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the role of a Trainer/Coach within the context of job described.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to accomplish demanding performance objectives.
