Job Summary
- The QA/QC Manager Industrial is responsible for leading and managing the Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions of the assigned location (Industrial) working closely with the head of operations and other functional managers to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations, and that quality and compliance standards are met. The position holder will also develop and implement quality control plans and procedures and will manage a team of Quality Control and Quality Assurance professionals.
Job Responsibilities 1
- Enforce the implementation of quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry
- standards, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all products delivered within Industrial meet or exceed customer expectations, and that quality
- and compliance standards are met.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Work closely with all functional managers to identify and resolve quality issues, and to continuously improve
- product quality.
- Manage the non-conformance and corrective action process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of
- quality issues.
- Ensure that all quality documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that it is stored and
- maintained in an appropriate manner.
- Develop and deliver quality training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of quality standards and
- procedures.
- Supervise all QA/QC plans as well as amendments and revisions in order to meet the project quality
- requirements and client’s expectations.
- Establish project quality objectives in line with IMS corporate objectives and ensure to monitor submittals of
- QA/QC reports.
- Build and implement a control system for suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage/attend to all required/related meetings and arranges all project Quality requirements with the
- project owner/consultant and project management team.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge and experience in quality standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Efficient leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals to
achieve project objectives.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective
solutions.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering
Profesional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE).
