A leading law firm is actively hiring a Senior Buyer for their Doha office.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategy efficiently.
  • Responsible for the smooth running of daily procurement activities.
  • Develop and manage the buying budget to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms without compromising the quality.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyse market demand and customer behavior to anticipate future product needs.
  • Monitor competitors' offerings and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.


Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement preferably within the retail & Distribution industry.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP System.
  • Excellent negotiation and organization skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
