Laboratory Tester

Job Responsibilities 

  • Receive and log-in samples according to the testing schedule and carry out the necessary analytical tests according to written procedures.
  • Perform batch grade PE products, shipment analysis and CTO sample!
  • Enter test results in LIMS and inform the production team immediately on non-conforming or abnormal results.
  •  Assist the Senior Laboratory testers to mitigate and resolve the identified out of control process ensuring control of non-conforming Laboratory work.


Skills

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Chemical Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Polymers Science or any related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the O&G Industry, out of which 1-2 years at a Lab Assistant level /3 years of experience in Polymer industries.
  • Candidate must have specific experience in HDPE or LDPE Polyethylene laboratory equipment, such as OCS, XRF, melt indexers, compression molding machines, GPC, and HPLC , blown film extruder, cast film extruder, PE film grade testing.
