Role Summary
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role will focus on managing and optimising various digital marketing channels to achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving ROI, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximise ROI.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on digital channels.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
