Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve high performance and meet set goals.
  • Schedule and allocate tasks, ensuring the team meets deadlines and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address concerns, and provide updates.
  1. Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Identify and address any performance issues or challenges within the team.
  • Set individual and team goals, and track progress towards achieving them.
  1. Training & Development:
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Mentor and support team members in their career development and personal growth.
  1. Operational Efficiency:
  • Ensure that team operations run smoothly and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and oversee processes and practices to improve productivity and effectiveness.
  1. Communication:
  • Act as a point of contact between the team and upper management, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Facilitate information sharing and collaboration among team members.
  1. Problem-Solving:
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner.
  • Troubleshoot and find solutions to operational challenges that affect team performance.
  1. Reporting:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, progress, and key metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on team performance and operational data.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Ensure that the team delivers high-quality service and meets customer expectations.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and work to resolve them effectively.
  1. Health & Safety:
  • Promote a safe and healthy working environment by ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Address any safety concerns and ensure team members follow safety protocols.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant degree or certification preferred.Diploma in Automotive Technology/Engineering or similar with at least 3 years experience as Technician and 2 years supervisory role in a dealership.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
