We are currently looking for a Waitress to join our team in Qatar. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Welcomes customers when they arrive at the café
• Introduces customers to the café menu
• Answers questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing
• Takes customers' orders for their beverages
• Collect payments from customers for the orders that have been placed.
• Prepares the orders and serves them to customers
• Adheres to timing standards for products and services
• Ensures that customers are satisfied with the received orders and processes orders for additional beverages, if necessary
• Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and café information
• Stock service areas with supplies such as various ingredients for drinks on the menu, tableware, tissues etc.
• Learn about menu changes and specials from the manager
• Maintains clean workstation, tables and café environment at all times.
• Ensure that high quality ingredients are used at all times to prepare the orders of customers.
• Maintain a good code of conduct and interact with customers politely
• Escalate any customer issues to Manager

Skills

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waitress or hostess, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
