We are currently looking for a Waitress to join our team in Qatar. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Welcomes customers when they arrive at the café
- Introduces customers to the café menu
- Answers questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing
- Takes customers' orders for their beverages
- Collect payments from customers for the orders that have been placed.
- Prepares the orders and serves them to customers
- Adheres to timing standards for products and services
- Ensures that customers are satisfied with the received orders and processes orders for additional beverages, if necessary
- Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and café information
- Stock service areas with supplies such as various ingredients for drinks on the menu, tableware, tissues etc.
- Learn about menu changes and specials from the manager
- Maintains clean workstation, tables and café environment at all times.
- Ensure that high quality ingredients are used at all times to prepare the orders of customers.
- Maintain a good code of conduct and interact with customers politely
- Escalate any customer issues to Manager
Skills
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a waitress or hostess, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
