The Enterprise Architect will support the design and management of in-house IT applications to ensure they align with organizational goals and architecture standards. This role involves assisting in the development of architecture frameworks, optimizing application integrations, and enhancing the performance of internal systems. This role will also involves coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that in-house applications are effectively designed, integrated, and maintained to meet business needs.
- Assist in designing and maintaining architecture frameworks specifically for in-house applications.
- Support in documenting and analyzing current in-house IT applications and business processes.
3. Help identify gaps in existing application architecture and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and efficiency.
4. Collaborate with business units and development teams to understand requirements and ensure in-house applications are well-integrated with enterprise systems.
5. Participate in the design and implementation of internal applications, focusing on alignment with architecture standards and business objectives.
6. Conduct research on emerging technologies that could benefit in-house applications and provide recommendations for adoption.
7. Assist in creating and updating architecture documentation, including system diagrams and integration models for in-house applications.
8. Oversee the entire lifecycle of in-house applications, including design, development, testing, deployment, change management and maintenance.
9. Ensure seamless integration of in-house applications with other enterprise systems and platforms.
10. Support the evaluation of application performance and propose solutions for
optimization.
11. Monitor application performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and
implement enhancements.
12. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation and improvements in internal applications.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on application architecture and development.
· Understanding of architecture frameworks.
· Strong understanding of ERP module functionalities.
· Familiarity with integration patterns and software development methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
· Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
· Experience with application architecture tools and methodologies.
· Knowledge of in-house application management and optimization techniques.
· Knowledge of agile development methodologies and their application to in-house projects
