About the role:

As a analysis manager, you will be responsible to manage the forecast process and to provide Senior Management with accurate and timely analysis and projection of the Cargo revenue performance enabling them to make data driven decisions to achieve divisional revenue targets.

As a Revenue Analysis Manager, your responsibilities will be the following

  • Manage the forecast process for QR Cargo including ensuring daily and weekly tasks and meetings are executed timely and accurately.
  • Prepare regular analysis, reports and visualisations for Senior Management to track revenue performance and revenue outlook at different levels (e.g., region, product and customer segment).
  • Organise and facilitate meetings for the wider commercial audience, to present business revenue performance, analysis of global trends and revenue outlooks, and provide commercial recommendations. Establish and manage close collaboration with the Data Science, Bl and Ml teams to proliferate data, tools and techniques aimed at improving the forecast process.
  • Track commercial long-term revenue targets are met, and validate these with department heads/executives. Keep abreast of industry and regional best practice and development of forecasting and ensure information and best practices are shared and adopted.
  • Execute the strategic direction of the Profitability strategy across the network.
  • Gather and analyses data to inform the forecast model, with a focus on constantly improving the current processes, and provide more accurate revenue predictions.
  • Conduct weekly revenue performance reviews with key stakeholders within Cargo QR to inform the forecast model and provide more accurate forecasting.
  • Manage the weekly, annual and long-term forecast process including the analysis of past trends, macro level development, and seasonality effects to inform the forecast model.
  • Provide regular revenue updates to all key stakeholders on revenue outlook, and revenue leakage that prompt required action.
  • Conduct & present revenue performance analysis for other key stakeholders at network and granular level. Execute and manage commercial projects relating to the delivery of revenue targets.
  • Provide input into revenue objectives and KPls in conjunction with key stakeholders through in-depth analysis of business insights.
  • Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and execute any ad-hoc tasks, as required by senior executives, within the team and ensure an effective production of deliverables.

Qualifications

About you

  • Command of English language and strong communication skills Strong Analytical skills
  • A solid understanding of forecasting techniques
  • Ability to present complicated financial and statistical concepts to non-savvy individuals
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Access and Power Point
  • Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members
  • Preferable advanced skills in Tableau or Power Bl
