We seek a talented and skilled 3D Visualizer & Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations and technical drawings for our marble and granite projects. You will be crucial in bringing our designs to life and communicating our vision to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed and accurate 3D models of interior and exterior spaces using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max)
- Develop realistic renderings and animations to showcase design concepts
- Prepare technical drawings and documentation for construction purposes
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D visualization techniques and software
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field
- Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the marble and granite industry
- Knowledge of materials and finishes
