Key Accountabilities
IT and Business Relationship Management
- Partnering with Retail and Wholesale business users to gather all requirements to formulate business specifications and translating those into business functionality.
- Documenting workflows and results of business analysis and obtaining sign-off from users on specifications.
- Assisting the technical team in translating application functionality into application architecture and the production of a business functionality requirements statement.
Other Accountabilities
- Communicating the business directives, goals, and needs to the technical.
- Designing and executing test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly.
- Work with IT on system capacity to determine feasibility of projects.
- Works with IT application analysts and programmers as necessary.
Performs analysis of department production and redesigns workflow if appropriate
Skills
Qualification, Experience
Minimum Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- Min 6 years’ relevant subject matter expertise in Treasury, Brokerage, Investments and Risk related projects
Knowledge, & Other skills:
- Good working knowledge of IT services and system development.
- Excellent Understanding of the Financial Markets “FX, MM, Bonds, Derivatives”, Trading terminals” Bloomberg, Reuters ,360T, Saxo, All Funds, Etc.”, E2E Trade life cycle.
- Prior experience in projects covers E2E Treasury Cross Functions.
- Excellent understanding of the Treasury relation, (FO, MO, BO, MR and Financials).
- Sound knowledge in the Product Financial impact “Accounting life cycle”.
- Sound Knowledge in the Basel II/III rules and implementation.
- English speaking
- Arabic speaking (desirable)
