We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising. Ensure that the store operates efficiently and meets company standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance team performance and maintain high levels of motivation and engagement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints. Promote a customer-centric culture and ensure that all staff adhere to service standards.
- Sales and Performance: Drive sales performance by implementing sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising plans. Monitor sales metrics and develop action plans to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate inventory records to minimize loss and optimize stock levels.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of managing store operations and leading teams.
