A Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and activities on the floor of a business establishment. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the floor staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

- Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are adequately stocked.
