Job Description:

For a reputable Trading Company in Qatar, we are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Development Manager to contribute to success of the Company.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of Extensive experience of Sales in a Trading Companies
• Must have experience in lighting field (E.g., Chandeliers, Indoor & Outdoor Lighting).
• Strong understanding of Customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
• Must have strong Business Communication and Leadership Skills
• Fluency in English and/or Arabic

Responsibilities:

o   Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base & ensure it’s strong presence in order to achieve sales goals & profitability.

o   Identify emerging markets & market shifts while being fully aware of new products & competition status, & finding new suppliers for these products.

o   Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

o   Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Executives.

o   Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

o   Ability for research & development.
