You'll be diving deep into market trends and customer behaviors to uncover valuable insights. By analyzing data and using analytics tools, you'll help shape the future of products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive satisfaction. It's a great opportunity to influence decision-making and contribute to the success of your organization. How are you feeling about taking on these responsibilities?

Some of the tasks include:

  • Utilize advanced data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to create interactive and insightful dashboards for senior leadership reports. These tools can help in presenting CSAT, customer feedback, and flight audit trends effectively.
  • Collaborate with market research firms to gain deeper insights into market trends and customer needs. This can complement your internal data and provide a broader perspective for developing business cases.
  • Work closely with IT and third-party vendors to streamline data integration processes. Implementing automated data pipelines can significantly improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Continuously update and refine customer personas using both qualitative and quantitative data. This can help in tailoring marketing strategies and improving customer engagement.
  • Regularly review and update your data models to ensure they meet current business requirements. This can involve integrating new data sources and applying advanced analytics techniques.
  • Leverage predictive analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy. This can help in identifying potential risks and opportunities, optimizing budget and resource utilization, and making data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

About you

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the team

  • Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in conducting market research or any job-related experience.
  • Advance visualization tools experience (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
  • Previous work in a data science, data analytics role is critical.
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviors, demographics and psychographic analysis.
  • Previous role in presenting data summary to executive management and leadership.
