Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Industry recognized technical qualifications / Diploma supported by industry experience (offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities).
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in the oil and gas industry in a similar role to the Warehouse / Logistics environment.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplined and multi-cultural environment.
- Solid experience in computerised maintenance management tools (SAP / PALM) with excellent PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
- An understanding on the usage of the planning and scheduling tool Primavera
- Understanding and application of industry process safety guidelines and procedures.
- Solid knowledge on equipment maintenance & material management processes.
- Versatile, self-starter, resilient and able to interact effectively with different departments, peers and Senior Management on a daily basis.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluent in English (listening, writing and speaking) and its technical vocabulary
Skills
Qualification:
- Key role on the Material Management Improvement in between the client tower, Warehouse and Offshore.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting on Maintenance material status at all stages through the process flow(s).
- Utilising SAP / PALM as the central database.
- Responsible to create processes and procedures to support Maintenance material management and drive continuous improvement.
- Position has significant interaction with Warehouse, offshore and onshore organisation and external vendors.
- Working time to be split between Head Office and Warehouse
- Offshores visits will be required for the serenity of processes
