  • Job Responsibilities:On-site real-time support for spare parts arrangements.
  • Collection of materials from warehouse and maintain records
  • Stacking of materials in containers with labelling.
  • Record keeping of inventory.
  • Daily required spares data collection and arrangement & Procurement assistance and follow-up.
  • Acting as a single focal person for spare parts and consumables management.
  • look ahead spare arrangement in consultation with supervisors.
  • Coordination with customer and third parties for spares issuance.
  • Material returns after execution with records with proper labelling and packing.


Skills

  • Qualifications:Graduate / Diploma / ITI
  • 5 – 7 Years of relevant experience.
  • Requirements:Able to read the drawings
  • Verify parts against the drawing
  • Measuring instrument skills-
  • Basic  Computer skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Good communication skills
  • Oil & Gas Shutdown experience
