We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel arrangements for our employees, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book flights, hotels, and transportation for employees traveling to domestic and international destinations.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage travel budgets and negotiate with travel agencies and vendors to secure the best rates.
- Keep track of travel itineraries and provide employees with necessary travel documents and information.
- Handle any changes or cancellations to travel plans and assist employees with rescheduling and alternative arrangements.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good knowledge of travel booking systems and travel regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Arabic is a must
- Experience in sales is a plus.
