Job Location: Ras Al-Khair, Saudi Arabia Key Accountabilities Oversee and manage all QA/QC activities in the project, ensuring all activities comply with the highest quality standards. Develop, implement, and monitor quality control plans, procedures, and inspection protocols specific to water tanks projects. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, reports, and records. Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff to uphold the project's quality standards. Ensure proper document control as per the client’s specifications. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Code 1 Approval from the Royal Commission in Jubail is preferable. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in QA/QC management in the infrastructure sector, particularly with water tanks and pump station projects. Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to water tanks construction. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure. Professional certifications in QA/QC or related disciplines Previous experience working on projects in Ras Al-Khair or similar remote locations.
